NCPT -Certified Pilates Instructors Hours are by appointment only. New Barre Classes daytime and evening.

Appointments are available as early as 6:00 am, we usually have appointments times available throughout the day and evenings until 7:30pm. Bellydance available Monday and Wednesday Evenings, Yoga Sunday, and Private Pilates sessions by appointment

Some of us dressed in all black last week as we prepared for snow, sleet and the possibility of black ice, but it looks like we escaped it this time! Regular hours tomorrow! If you don’t feel safe in your neck of the woods stay at home, but let us know you won’t be coming! The studio parking lot was salted and ready so we should be fine with our normal hours tomorrow! See you then!
