2010 (I think) throwback.
I was a full-blown strongman at 305 pounds. Not lean at all, not trying to be. Just big, strong, and cast as the human problem-solver/enforcer named Pinky in a YouTube mafia comedy called Stunods.
Cold pool, no heat, shot with no electric for heat in the pool because a hurricane had just rolled through days earlier.
I ended up with pneumonia afterward because… of course I did. We also used Smithville Village in NJ after hours for a New Hampshire backdrop and we did it like a crew of oversized goons who definitely had permission to act like clowns.
Fun choices, heavy bodies, freezing water, a lot of laughs. Strength athletes will get this. Sometimes the best memories come from doing uncomfortable things when you’re built like a tank and don’t know any better. Good times.

Little Christmas, big physiques.

In Italy, January 6th is La Befana—the official end of Christmas. She rolls through on a broom, drops treats for the good kids, coal for the naughty ones, and calls it a season.

In bodybuilding terms?

🪨 You skipped leg day → coal
💀 You “started Monday” → coal AND cardio

Divisions include Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Men’s Physique, Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding. Classes offered include Open with Pro Qualifier where eligible, Novice, Teen ages 16 to 19 with guardian waiver, Masters age groups, and dedicated Military, Police, Fire, EMS, and First Responder classes.

A fully sanctioned natural bodybuilding event. Testing includes polygraph for all athletes and urinalysis for pro qualifier winners. Current OCB membership is required to compete.

Divisions include Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Men’s Physique, Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding. Each division offers Open, Novice, Teen, Age classes, and dedicated Military Police and First Responder classes. Pro qualifier classes award eligibility for an OCB pro card when minimum entry numbers are met.

Competitors may enter multiple classes within the same division but cannot cross categories. Teens require a guardian signature and support backstage if under eighteen.

First Responder and Military classes are a specialty category this year. If you’re active or retired law enforcement, fire, EMT, paramedic, or military personnel, you can enter. I’m giving you all a discount because yeah, I run a business, but it’s more important for my wife and I to honor the people who serve.

Just bring proof at check-in. You’ll be judged by your main division like everyone else. This is simply an extra class to recognize the men and women doing some of the hardest work in the world.
