Are you wondering how much of those delicious carbs you should be munching on every day? πŸ€”

Well, according to the experts, carbs should make up around 45% to 65% of your daily calorie intake.

So, if you're chomping down on 2,000 calories a day, that means you should be getting 900 to 1,300 of those calories from carbs. In other words, you'll want to aim for about 225-325 grams of those yummy carbs each day.

Why is this so important, you ask? Because your body uses carbs as its main source of fuel to power up your kidneys, heart, brain, muscles, and even your central nervous system! That's right, carbs are like the gasoline your body needs to keep on truckin'.

So, make sure you're loading up on the right amount of carbs today, and keep your body fueled and ready for action!
