More patterns

We are looking to return in 2021. Who is ready to bowl?

Bowlers, so many have asked when we plan on having another tournament. Well we wish it was an easy answer. With Covid 19 spiking in SC and hopefully on the decline soon. We are still looking at Sept, Oct or even Nov or later before our next event.

Reasons being the social distancing is supposed to be 6 feet apart, every other lane or pair separation so on and so on. We do not have the resources to police these rules and feel there is no way to run a tournament and keep all of these regulationsand everyone safe. We would love to run a tournament but if 1 person has Covid or they are a carrier they could possibly pass it on to the entire tournament. This is the reason at this time we are holding off running any events. The health of everyone is the upmost important.

We hope you all understand this decision. Please stay safe and we will see you soon.

This tournaments is open to all bowlers who had a 2019 Classic Carolina converted Tournament average 205 and below or had a 19/18 & 18/17 summer and winter of 205 and BELOW. Also bowlers can not have had an average of 220 or over Winter or Summer in the past 5 years. You must also have an USBC established average in the last 5 years and no current roster College bowlers regardless of average. Tournament directors have the right to re-rate a bowler at any time. Please check with us any time you have a question.

All bowlers will bowl 4 games of qualifying on a sport pattern after which we will cut to our cashiers +10 bowlers including all ties with all pins carrying over until the step ladder finals. Cashiers +10 round will bowl 2 games and cut to the Top 5 bowlers for a Eliminator final.

SIDE ACTION:
$2.00 brackets for games 1-3
$2.00 brackets for games 2-4.
Full brackets pay $10 for 1st and $4 for 2nd.
$2.00 REVERSE brackets games 4,3 & 1
$10.00 Eliminator games 1-3
$10.00 Eliminator games 2-4.

Classic Carolina offers a Player of the year award at the end of the year. Each bowler will earn points in each and every tournament you bowl. We will have 3 Double Point events throughout the year. Each bowler will earn points on where the bowler finishes in each tournament. WINNER of the 2020 Player of the year award wins cash prize amount & A TURBO GRIPS CONTRACT. All other bowlers that bowl at least 6 tournaments will bowl a side tournament during the final 2020 tournament for an additional prize fund. We will pay at least 5 spots.

Every tournament we will raffle off a brand new Storm/Roto bowling ball and Sponsor goodies. All money collected minus any cost to items raffled will be placed in POY fund for the final tournament of 2020.
