First off, I do both. But group fitness has a special place in my heart. I remember when I first started Zumba and how my instructors made me feel… (shout out to Ashley, Gavina, and Yvette!) I only hope to pour that same energy into the ones that show up for themselves! I don’t make the class - my people do! Their energy gives me energy! And I wouldn’t change it for the world. ❤️

It was never about me.

It wasn’t about being the best instructor, having the biggest classes, or getting every step right.

It was about community.

A place to show up after a hard day, turn the music up, laugh, move, and forget about life for an hour.

Over the years, I’ve learned not to measure the success of a class by how many people are in the room, but by what happens inside of it.

Zumba may be what brought us together, but the people are what made it special.

It was never about me.
It was always about us. ❤️
