RSB enables people with Parkinson’s disease to fight their disease by providing non-contact boxing
To celebrate the kickoff of football season🏈, we had RSB GAME DAY today 🏟️ Our boxers and their cornermen wore the colors and gear of their favorite team 👊 we had a blast doing a football themed workout and listening to stadium anthems. 🎶 we may cheer for different teams, but we fight together! One team! One fight! RSB! 🥊🥊🙌

Look at these fighters! 💪When it is too hot 🥵 outside, we do our Urban Poling Inc. class indoors. We stretch, do strength work, core and gait. We also mixed in some music trivia 🎶 and singing 🎤🤣
