🚨 Ladies… let’s talk about that spot.*

The outside of the thigh, upper leg, around the hip/IT band area… where things can feel tight, tender, or just stuck.

One thing I check is skin rolling. If I can’t easily lift the skin from the tissue underneath, it usually means there are restrictions in the fascia.

This is where cupping and decompression can help. Instead of pushing down into tissue, cupping lifts and helps things move better, improving mobility and how your body feels.

Depending on the cup and restriction, it can be super gentle… or a little spicy 😬 but often so worth it.

Bonus? Better tissue movement can sometimes help skin look smoother too.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t weakness… it’s restriction.
