Belt tests don’t happen overnight.
They’re the result of months of small, consistent practice — and that habit matters more than the belt itself.
Drop a 🙌 for the kids who put in the work.
Our principal objective is to offer martial arts and fitness training in a positive, family oriented environment. Contact us to let us know how we can help you.

📝Take note:
1. Say out loud that it happens to everyone.
2. Ask what they'd try differently next time.
3. Let them attempt it again before moving on.
Save this for the next frustrating moment. 😤🥋

Every kid wants to quit sometimes — a hard drill, a tough day, a move they can't land yet.
We don't let them quit on themselves.
We teach them to try again!
“Trying again” is a skill that we still struggle to put into practice even as adults.
Drop a 🙌 if that's a skill you want for your child.
