The Plot You Didn’t Expected⁉️⬇️
12 hours before my first NPC bodybuilding show, I panicked.
Only 2 girls in my wellness division = guaranteed medal 😔 But I didn’t train for MONTHS just for a participation ribbon.

🧠 ADHD brain: “This is totally logical”
📝 Registered for a SECOND division
Was it impulsive? Absolutely.
Strategic? Apparently.
Because I walked out with:
🏆 Overall wellness winner
🥇 Wellness Open
🥇 Wellness Novice
🥇 Wellness True Novice
🥇 Bikini Open
🥇 Bikini True Novice
But here’s the truth:
It was NEVER about the medals.
It was about walking the walk—so I could truly talk the talk as a coach.
This wasn’t about medals. It was about earning the right to coach YOU.
For years, I programmed successful preps and insane body transformations for clients while hiding a secret: I’ve never done something so extreme like prep myself.
But the imposter syndrome was LOUD: “You haven’t earned this.” I was tired of being the coach with the theory I want to live the full experience.
Now? I’ve survived:
➡️the constant energy crashes that make you question life
➡️Posing practice tears & mood swings
➡️the “Where the heck did my libido go?” moments 😭
➡️The mental war of “I just want to eat”
➡️ The fear of not looking ready for stage
Standing on that stage didn’t just win me trophies—it lower that imposter voice in my head, and it gave me empathy a deeper leverl with my clients.
🔂I always saw prep as a choice, not a chore.
🛠because sometimes your breakthrough is hiding behind your scariest decision.
To my clients: THANK YOU for trusting me. Your belief in me pushed me to grow into a coach who knows—not just one who reads.

Write down your “why” (this is not a cliché tip) 👇🏻
According to the book Evidence-based Habit building, “Sometimes the biggest problem with a new habit is that the reward for the behavior comes at a delay.
Decreasing your consumption of less-healthy food is not immediately satisfying and you might not see the positive impact for months or years. The tastiness of candy bars is an immediate, salient reward. This is one of the reasons that a focus on behavioral modification goals (leading up to long-term outcomes) is so useful.
Another way to make your long-term goals more significant than immediate gratification is to maintain focus on your personal reasons for pursuing them. Your ‘why’ reminds you of what you personally stand to gain (integrity with your values) by adhering to your plan when you are faced with immediate rewards for alternative behavior.”
We have all reached a point in the process of changing a habit where we wonder if what we are doing is worth the struggle.
Write that s #!t down precisely how the change you are working on will improve your life.
When motivation is low you can return to your why. Perhaps you might even return to it and find the work is not worth it to you. Maybe the process of trying to reach the goal has altered your priorities and you are no longer willing to make the trade-offs . Either way, determine your ‘why’ and revisit it regularly during the process.
Ps: I also reccomend you to record yourself talking about your “why” in a video. Hide that video in your phone and when you feel lost or low in motivation watch yourself giving you a no BS real talk instead looking for outside motivation or someone to pick you up. YOU know what you need to do to start making daily changes and get results. You have a PhD about your life.

Traditional banana bread has around 420cal per slice🤯 Vs. my recipe that has 70cal per slice😎
Many of my clients who have tried this recipe loved.
Pro tip: Keep it in the fridge it will last fresh for about 4 days. You can freeze it and heat it into oven for 10min it will taste like fresh banana bread.

As a nutrition coach, and someone who cares about nourishing the body properly, I knew the importance of fatty acids in the body. However, since starting to work with I have found that omegas are more important than I thought 🤯.

Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it.
I see this a lot with my clients, they think getting their rainbow in (veggies) is eating raw salads or plain veggies is not 😰
Part of my job is to show them new cooking methods and options so they can add more variety & nutrients to their diet without hating it.

With getting ready for his BB show, we have had to use our imagination to come up with activities that don't include eating out for date night.
Those are some of my favorites. However, here are other ideas:
1) Go to a museum
2) Mini golf
3) Go to the beach
4) Go to a play
5) Hit a gym class together (like a self-defense class)
6) Karting
7)Get a couple days spa
8) Go apple picking
9) Go bowling
10) Go rock climbing
11) Camping
12) Go to a strip club 😂

“Why would I need a coach when I can use an app to give me macros?” It’s my favorite question😄
Let me explain, tons of apps will give you numbers. Those apps will also expect you to follow the plan perfectly.
But what about if:
🎂You have a social event, and you don't know how to estimate or track your food?
🥇You have a meet, and you need to cut water?
🍫You are on your period & craving all the sweets?
🤕You got sick or injured, and you don't know if you should be eating more or less?
👩🏻⚕️You have a busy schedule & you skip meals?
Or
😣What will happen if you get burned out from tracking & realize you didn't learn what or how much to eat?
Are you going to lose all your progress for lack of knowledge & feedback that an app cannot provide you with? It sounds unfair🤔.
I don't think anyone is perfect.
I think having someone by your side who respects your autonomy, gives you tools & keeps you accountable when life is not perfect will put you in the driver's seat to achieve results & knowledge that will last even after arriving to your final destination🛤
And that’s why I love that question😉
My job is not to tell you what to do but rather guide you 🗺while we figure it out what’s the safest & fastest route ❤️

Pregnancy is the one time in your life when your eating habits directly affects another person be responsible about it👩🏻🍼
Here are some tips to help you to understand the Do’s & Don’ts during pregnancy.
🤰🏻Take in mind that I am not a doctor, and unless it’s medically indicated women do not need to restrict all the foods mentioned in this post those are generally guidelines.
🤰🏻Gaining an appropriate amount of weight will help the baby grow, but gaining too much weight or too little may lead to serious health problems for you and the baby.
