STRONG and SMART - Congratulations Connor on winning the Spelling Bee 🐝

Last night we got to see our Walton Warriors perform their Winter Music Program ❄️ So much fun, we are proud of our strong kiddos!

Very thankful and proud of these kiddos for running a lemonade stand this afternoon to raise money for Hurricane Helene relief in Western NC. They raised $350 that we donated to the American Red Cross.

Did you know we are now offering classes for children who are homeschooled in Pitt County? We are so excited to have this class on our schedule! Spots still available, Mondays at 3pm.

Mood for the first week of school! The kiddos said they are strong and confident going into this school year. 👏 We hope they have an amazing year!! More class times coming now that we are into our fall schedule, stay tuned!

Running into CFG KIDS Summer Camp like…

Camp starts THIS Monday! June 24-28, 9am-12pm, ages 4-12. Registration is still open, click the link below or in our bio.

Camp includes:
- Daily skill sessions
- Workouts
- Snacks
- Nutrition lessons

Our goal is that every camper learns how strong they are (mentally + physically) and find a love for fun fitness! 🍉☀️💪🏋️‍♀️
