Nutrition Awareness

This season of motherhood puts unique demands on our body that a traditional yoga class can’t meet. Slowing down and focusing on the strength you need for a healthy delivery and an easier recovery is exactly what you need. We offer individualized Prenatal and Postnatal Private Yoga classes. Please reach out if you’re interested in a private lesson customized to your pre/postnatal needs. Becka currently has two open slots reserved for mamas.

Yoga for Active Agers is returning!!! Mondays at 11:30 starting March 10. Join this amazing virtual community filled with people who prioritizes keeping joints healthy as we age.

This is a virtual community taught via Zoom. Cost is $12.50 per class. If you’d like to try your first class for free send me a message. To the regular students a new link will be sent via email.

Guess who’s back???? Becka is back in the office with a few appointments this week and Part Time schedule starting Monday. She has few open spaces for February so reach out to snag a space.

The Salted yoga family is excited to welcome Becka’s sweet baby boy. Mom and baby are doing great. Becka will return from maternity leave in February.

What a blessing to teach such a sweet group in the warm summer sun. They blew me away with their kindness and sincerity. And that setting ❤️❤️

Enjoying some time with family. Can’t wait to see you back on the mat when we return.
