Congratulations to Miles on an incredible performance at the 2026 Karate National Championships in Fort Lauderdale, FL, bringing home Gold in both Kata and Kumite!

The youngest team member, Miles is already showing what true martial spirit looks like. His success has come quickly, but it’s no accident. His discipline, focus, and attitude shine every time he steps onto the mat. Every match is a point-by-point highlight reel, filled with confidence, skill, and heart.

Representing Kazoku Karate and The Battlefield with excellence, Miles reminds us that being a champion is not only about medals — it’s about character, respect, teamwork, and lifting those around you.

Beyond the victories, he has become a true source of team spirit, bringing people together with his kindness, positive energy, and passion for karate.

Congratulations to Daniel, 2026 National Karate Champion at the Karate Nationals in Fort Lauderdale! 🥇

Daniel first joined karate to improve his attitude, behavior, and self-control while learning the fundamental values of respect, discipline, and perseverance.

His transformation has been incredible. He began competing without much success, but every challenge became a lesson, and every tournament built his experience. This year, all of that hard work paid off.

Daniel finishes the season as a double medalist, reaching the finals in both Kata and Kumite, and earning the National Championship Gold Medal in Kumite (sparring).

This is proof that success doesn't come from winning right away, it comes from refusing to quit, trusting the process, and continuing to grow.

Congratulations, Daniel! We are incredibly proud of everything you've accomplished. The journey is just beginning. 🥋🏆

Competing in the Advanced Division at the 2026 National Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Renee has proven that consistent hard work, and perseverance pays off.

Always ready to train and generously give her time teaching our special needs students. Her commitment shows!

Congratulations to Peter, our 2026 Karate National Champion!

As the oldest of the Mereness brothers, Peter has set an incredible example both on and off the mat.

Just a little over a year ago, he began his karate journey. Since then, his growth has been remarkable... not only in skill, but in character. He has become a true leader, stepping up to assist in classes and helping guide our younger students with patience and encouragement.

This was Peter and his brothers' first full year of competition, and what a year it has been. His understanding of karate has completely transformed, leading to consistent success and some unforgettable performances. Every match showcased his determination, heart, and willingness to rise to the challenge.

Peter, we're incredibly proud of everything you've accomplished. The memories you've created through your hard work and perseverance will stay with us for a long time.
