Couch to Fit climbing into the weekend!
Couch to Fit is an approachable entry level fitness program designed to get you active and hold you accountable. Results for clients time and time again.
The workouts are very accommodating for all fitness levels! Distinct Bootcamp focuses on the principals of functional fitness to challenge each participant to find results beyond expectations. Bodyweight, light dumbbell & kettle bell movements paired with aerobic exercises creates the right mix to change your body - melting fat and building muscle, while increasing your stamina and flexibility.
