When I told my client that I lost count during his new Bulgarian squat routine, he looked at me like I had just told him we were out of protein powder. It was a mix of disbelief, disappointment, and a touch of 'are you serious right now?' “I guess I'll have to start doing my own B squats if I want to keep up with this guy!"
