Check moms out. She be on it. Representing like a champ. She’s always had my back from day 1 and now the same goes for my boys and .brayy. Their is nothing like family support. That unconditional love is something different.
I remember games/meets when I didn’t do as gd as I wanted to and moms would come up with that big smile, big hug and perfect words to instantly cheer me up. A lot of times she’d blame it on my teammates or coaches. HAhhahah. And I knew it was lies but it still made me smile.

Quin said he wanted to get faster. I ok, so twitchy. He just looked. I gotcha my man.
Quicker, faster etc. is all about how quickly your body can move. 0-60. If I can increase your reaction time, that will make you faster because you move quicker. Jaden was so excited to come train with me. He comes and works his butt off every time. Anything I ask of him he does without any questions. All ages (5-13), all sports(ftball, track, soccer, baseball, etc), technicians in the making.
I love working with blank skates and new comers. It allows me to teach them the right way from the beginning. They have no bad habits and listen because they don’t know. So I teach the little technical things that will make the big things happen. And that transition is an awesome thing to watch happen. Don’t assume they know. Make sure.
