Here I’m doing a sandbag burpee clean in this video. This is just one of many functional exercises that I incorporate in my Day at the Park routine. Not only will it burn a ton of calories, Improve cardio, and build strength; it will also provide a mental challenge that pushes you beyond your comfort zone.

With me It’s not just about doing exercises or routines to get in shape or to lose weight. My number one goal with my clients is to help them push through that barrier that prevents them from achieving their full potential. That barrier is change. People tend to accept and get comfortable with their normal way of life. Then they wonder why they are overweight, on medications, stressed, depressed, no energy, can’t sleep, anxiety, and the list goes on.
