Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now in seventh place in the league, courtesy of our first ever winning streak. Let's keep it up against varsity club on Monday.

Softball practice today at Boyd Lee at 6:00. We need it.

Lost to Reflector tonight 25-9. They are pretty good, but we played hard. Steven only walked one and we hit the ball pretty well. Need to work on base running and fundamentals so practice at Boyd Lee at 6 on Sunday. Bring your kids or your mom, as it's Mother's Day.

No practice today, fields are wet but possibly playable. The problem is the wind and mist that are making it feel like the arctic. Batting Cage at sports authority at 4 for optional batting practice. Our first preseason game is April 7, most likely.

I am going to go check and see if the softball fields are playable after church. Usually we will try to practice around 4 or 5 on Sundays, to accommodate people getting back into town, but today the weather is supposed to rain at 4 If the fields are ok, I am thinking of a 3 o'clock practice. I am considering Boyd Lee, Alice Keene, and Jaycee as possible practice fields. Evans is booked for Kickball games.

Softball season is getting ready to begin. This is the new page for the sports club that "owns" the Polecats. I am trying to set up the page so we can have practice information, schedules, rules, etc. The sports and entertainment club can do other stuff too as it is a legitimate NC non-profit corporation. I may need some help on page design.
