You can ENJOY food and still eat mindfully!! This was our dinner last night prepared by the lovely ❤️ Shrimp tacos in lettuce wraps with grilled pineapple, red onion, some leftover shaved steak, and a little bit of brown rice, drizzled with guacamole salsa!! On the side we have corn chips and HOMEMADE salsa!! Try substituting some bread or wraps in your life for some LETTUCE instead, and watch how much better you FEEL!!

A quick arm workout to get you ready for sun’s out GUNS OUT this spring and summer season!!
Some things about the way I eat —
• it’s ALWAYS colorful
• it ALWAYS has kale
• it’s NOT restrictive
Most (if not ALL) of my meals consist of a base of kale, avocados, and tomatoes, and I just SWITCH OUT the meat. Whether it be steak, chicken, turkey, shrimp, lamb, OR wild-caught salmon. SOMETIMES we do NO MEAT and just add zucchini or peppers. For DINNERS I will add in yuca or a rice/quinoa.
Switch it up and give something like THIS a try for one of your meals in the next few days!
