Use this simple cue to get a better stimulus from your biceps training.
Your forearm is traveling in an arc. At the start of the curl the direction of travel of the bone is slightly out then it goes up but as you move through to the finish of the rep the forearm is traveling back toward your body. Just being mindful of this can make a big difference in your training.
Muscle size is trainable. Your structure is not.
