Last hurrah before school starts and I have to be a responsible parent and get my kids to bed before 11pm.

Let's do this!

Three weeks ago was my first time back on a mountain in 7 years. I was avid skier as a teenager. I was even on the ski team in high school.

Then I lived in Puerto Rico for almost a decade and then I had babies, which had a huge effect on my body and energy levels. No skiing for me.

But my mom, who is a beast on the slopes, was always encouraging me to go skiing again.

Finally, 3 weeks ago I got back on my circa 2001 skis and said a prayer for safety.

You guys! I felt alive again!!! Oh. My. God. I am hooked again!

I'm so grateful for my mom. She is an incredible, strong, smart, and loving woman.

She is my inspiration to push my boundaries and go and do what I love.

The mountain was full of amazing, badass women today. I saw moms handing off their babies to hubbies and hitting the slopes, moms coaching their little ones, and friends cheering each other on.

This was awesome way to spend !

So, here's to my mom and to all the women and men who support, uplift and empower other women and girls!

So, I learned this today and it brought me so much peace:

The level to which I can feel the density of these intense energies is also the level to which I can feel the Creator's Light of Pure Love!

I noticed how often I remarked that "the energy is so intense lately."

But last night after a space healing with my Paramita girls, we noticed how intense the Light was- in a good way, of course!

And just now I finished a Sacred Healing for the Paramita healing list, as well as my personal list of friends and clients (let me know if you want to be on it) and again I noticed how beautifully intense the Light is.

So, if you are experiencing "the breakdown before the breakthrough" that comes with shifts and upgrades and Ascension symptoms and feel like you may be going backwards, please know you are always progressing and ascending.

The more I do this Light work, the more I anchor and radiate the codes, the Light, the Love... the better I feel. The more peace I experience.  The more joy and love I am able to hold and share.

I'm not saying it's always a state of expansion- there is contraction,  too, just as the tide ebbs and flows.

But, my ability to handle the contractions with grace gets amplified.

I am so grateful for my persistence and devotion to my spiritual practice. The practice has been my solid connection to God in these shaky times.

Shadow work (hello, !), yoga, Kundalini yoga ('sup, !) Rapid Eye Technology, Paramita Sacred Healing and the Paramita Path teachings and practices have all helped me.

I made a smudge stick.

🌿I collected cedar, sage, lavender, basil flowers, and rosemary.

I tied them together with cotton kitchen string.

They'll hang upside down to dry for a while.

In the meanwhile they smell wonderful!

I am translating a book into English called Your Sacred Apothecary, and as a result of working with the practices therein, my connection with the devas (nature angels) has improved.🧚‍♀️

I could feel them calling me into the garden.

So delightful!

This smudge stick will be used to purify the energy in my home, my Sacred Space.
