That’s not a filter. That’s Near Infrared Light from my Photon. After dark I turn off the blue lights and only use my Sauna Space to begin preparations for a good nights sleep.
•Reduce exposure to bright light.
•Try and go to bed and wake up at the same time.
•Bedroom should be cool (65-68 degrees) and dark. Use room darkening shades and an eye mask.
•Still can’t sleep? Try CBD.

Sunday brunch
I don’t normally eat muffins, scones and granola. But I’d suggest finding and supporting a local farm near year.
Most likely that is where you can find organic grains, locally grown berries all via sustainable farming practices.
This meal was consumed after an 8 mile trail run/hike and before our next 60:00 .fit workout with

Please don’t misunderstand the point of this post. I’m here to help not brag.
The three question’s I get most often asked are:
1. “Coach, how can I look like you?”
2. “Coach, can I get a workout program?”
3. “Coach, I have no energy. My workouts suck, I’m bloated, etc. what do I do?”
To which I reply; “It’s a lifestyle. Not a diet. Not a workout plan.”
This physique and mindset are the result of 40 years of training, nutrition, trials and lots of big errors.
So, here are a few quick tips:
1. Sleep more. Most of you don’t get enough sleep then complain you have no energy and your workouts suck.
2.Stress less. Practice gratitude.
3. Stop bitching and complaining. Life is 80% psychology so get your thoughts and words on the come up.
4. Stop taking “cheat days” at McDonald’s and learn to have your desserts and pizza and other fun foods in a healthy manner.
5. Get your blood labs done! I have mine checked every 6 months. Then make nutrition and supplements changes based on your most current labs.
Don’t know where to go for full labs? Try Westchester Wellness Medicine, Dr. Angelo Baccellieri if you are local to NY/CT or go to for online lab services.
6. Stop taking a damn gram of Test just because that’s the current gym trend.

Stay humble. Despite 30 years of being a Coach I realize there is more to learn and more areas to get better at. Go deeper. Go higher. Inspire others.
