Meet Tarek, Personal Trainer at Countdown Fitness! Tarek has over ten years of personal training experience. He became passionate about health & fitness after losing 85 pounds in 8 months as a teenager from working out and cleaning up his eating habits. He provides functional fitness for his clients, improving coordination, balance, increased flexibility and strength. His favorite thing is to see his clients transform their bodies - it’s such a great accomplishment.

This client came to us post-baby wanting to lose weight, regain the strength in her core and definition in her arms that she lost throughout her pregnancy, and improve her posture.
At five weeks, after working one-on-one with our trainers, just once a week, she noticed a marked improvement in her strength and endurance. At around 10 weeks, there was obvious definition in her arms and her pre-pregnancy clothes were fitting much more comfortably. 👏 Not only did she note that she felt stronger and less sluggish, but she also felt much more confident in herself and her body.
In conjunction with dietary changes, she made an incredible transformation. 👏
