Throwback to Saturday at
The morning started off with a bang at Beto's Global Experience! So great! Even better since I did it with so many memories from our classes from 2011 and on! 💞Got my annual photo with AP while working at the booth! 🤩Also ran into .snowden, and some past precon participants from past years. 😍
The afternoon ended at Latin Swag with 💀 Next, the theme party!

Last Friday at ZINCon started with Zumba® Rising Presenter which was 🔥🔥🔥. Surprise guest Stitch ()😂💀! Got to dance onstage with the roomies.
Saw people I haven't seen since last ZINCon, met new friends, and a whole group of ZINs from Sarasota!! Got to hug & hang with which I hadn't been able to do in a while!
Final class of the day was 7-9pm, Asia MC was also 🔥🔥🔥! Same d I was going to take it easy...but I couldn't resist. 💃🏻
First ever ZINCon Karaoke was from 9-1am, it was well attended!

Weds. day at . 2.5 hr drive, AFAA precon, connect with NASM/AFAA team, early shopping at the ZWear store, presenters meeting with Beto & the events team. Lots of hugs to friends I haven't seen in a year! Whew! On to Weds. night!!

Thank you , the attendees, and .smh for letting me talk about what I think are the current top 10 contraindicated exercises. Definitely gained some knowledge at the Southeast Summit, hope I shared some info in return! Got to hang with co workers and make new friends. As usual, is in my PowerPoint. 😹

1.5 hr car ride or 2+ hr express train ride (Yufuin-no-Mori) is Yufuin, Ōita. An onsen (natural hot mineral spring) town with streets lined with food & vendor stalls. There’s Lake Kinrin that's famous, supposedly reminiscent of Spirited Away, with morning mists in the winter. There were very few clean bathrooms & garbage containers!
We also hit Yufuin Floral Village with tiny cottages modeled after Cotswolds, England used for gift shops & cafes. Reminds me of the shops they have at RenFaire in Tuxedo, NY.
Highlight was this cute cafe that charged 1,500¥ ($10) for awesome matcha lattes, towel, and use of their piping hot foot bath.
We got those the Yufuin Station an hour early (it's a 25 min walk) so we ended up at Daiso & the supermarket that was around the corner. The train station does have a good view of Mt. Yufu with its double peaks. Although we saw the art room, we didn't realize until after was the free hot spring foot bath behind platform 1.
Although it was a pleasant afternoon, I found it too touristy. Unless you got a lot of time, really love onsens (in top 3 of Japan's medicinal natural springs) or want to hike, I'd give this Instagram popular place a skip.
