⚡️We’re excited to add throws to our club this summer, with specialized coaching in shot put and discus for middle school and high school athletes. Hammer coaching for high school athletes is also available upon request.

Coach Collin Donohoue joins the Steadfast team with more than 25 years of experience as both an athlete and coach in the throwing events. A former thrower at Regis Jesuit High School and Colorado School of Mines, he competed in shot put, discus, hammer, and weight throw before moving into collegiate coaching. As the throws coach at Colorado School of Mines, Collin has helped develop four NCAA national qualifiers and one All-American, and he currently coaches the throws at Valor Christian High School.

Collin is passionate about helping athletes discover that great throwers are complete athletes, combining speed, coordination, explosiveness, balance, rhythm, and technical discipline. He enjoys building confidence and helping athletes of all experience levels grow as competitors.

Happy Monday, KSP Community! Steadfast Track Summer is officially here! Our youth track and field team and our first track speed camp of the summer all kick off today! Our high school strength and conditioning group is also in full swing.

If you’re interested in joining any of these programs, no sweat, you haven’t missed your opportunity to sign up! Our youth team runs through July and we have another track speed camp scheduled in July! Check out the Steadfast link in our bio to contact us to get registered.
