An updated Mile High Regatta Notice of Race has been published with changes to the Colorado Collegiate Challenge eligibility: "Non-junior registration teams racing in 420s with a skipper actively enrolled in Colorado college may register to represent the skipper’s college and compete in a Colorado Collegiate Challenge."
