Same weight. Completely different look 👀🔥
March 2025 ➡️ October 2025 — exact same bodyweight, but way more shape + fullness through the outer glutes.
This didn’t happen by chance — it came from dialing in specific training tweaks, exercise order, and intent behind every rep. 🧠🍑
You don’t always need to weigh more to look better — you just need a smarter plan that actually targets your weak points and helps you recomp in the right places.
If you’re training hard but not seeing the shape you want… that’s where I come in. I can help you hone in on the right movements and programming to actually build the areas you’ve been struggling with. 👊🏼

📸 2 YEARS of GLUTE GROWTH 💪🍑
➡️ self-coaching, intentional programming, and relentless consistency can do.
Left photo: 2 years ago, same stage — NPC Universe.
Right photo: THIS YEAR — same show, but this time… I WON 🏆
As a coach, I now write all my own training programs. I’ve spent years dialing in my ability to truly engage the glutes with proper ex*****on, volume, and progressive overload.
I didn’t just train harder — I trained smarter. Every set, every rep had a purpose. No wasted movement. No fluff.
I coached myself through every phase the past 2 Years:
🔥 Glute-dominant programming
🔥 Precision in posing & presentation
🔥 Recovery, nutrition, and mindset dialed in
This transformation isn’t just about a bigger or better physique — it’s about proving to myself that I know what I’m doing. And now I get to help other women do the same. 💕
🎯 Coach-led. Self-built. PRO-LEVEL INTENT.
Same stage. New package. BIG results.

✨2025 BIKINI CONTEST PREP — MY SELF-COACHED JOURNEY TO PRO✨
This season was the ultimate test of my mindset, experience, and dedication. I set out to win my IFBB Pro Card self-coached—no outside eyes, just me trusting my own protocol and adjustments from start to finish.
I kicked off the season with Girl Power in Orlando, followed by the Kentucky Cup in Louisville, where I proudly won all my Masters classes and took the Masters Overall title in Kentucky. These warm-up shows sharpened my vision and gave me the feedback I needed to walk into Universe Nationals with purpose.
But even with the best prep, this sport throws you curveballs.
On the morning of Universe Nationals, I woke up flat and slightly depleted—despite nailing my carb load all week. I had been full and tight Wednesday and Thursday… but Friday morning told a different story. That’s bodybuilding for you.
I had to make a quick call: I knew tight glutes and fullness would give me the best shot at first place. So I chose to fill back out, even if that meant sacrificing a bit of midsection tightness. These decisions come from years of experience—knowing my physique, trusting my instincts, and being willing to adapt in real-time.
And it paid off.
I won. I earned my IFBB Pro Card.
Completely self-coached. 💪🏻💎
This wasn’t an easy feat, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. The joy I feel today is next level—because I know how much work, discipline, and knowledge went into this journey. And now, I get to pass that on to others. 🙏

As a Personal Trainer… When I train at box gym. One of the biggest mistakes I notice is JUNK VOLUME! AKA…. way too many sets reps with NO progression! Don’t just do exercises without HAVING purpose and intention. You will burn calories but will fail at maximizing muscle growth! 💪

🥳😁🥳 This prep client is coming along!!! we are getting down to the wire for her very first competition! We have some more bf to shave off but I am loving what we are peeling off and seeing the result of her training in the off season! When she came to me I laughed at her training !!! Her old coach had her programed like lifestyle clients. NO WAY was she ever going to see these results with that kind of programming. So proud of the hard work she has put in!

One Year Apart! Right was this am… Improvement Season is all about focusing on glute shape. Training was all about rep variation on the compounds! Really focused on Hip Thrust strength. Accessory exercises included a lot of abduction. Volume has been moderate for good recovery. I say… I just might have to do nationals this year 🤔
