Before starting this transformative path, Angel was a devoted mom and a real estate agent who cared for everyone but herself. This is 4 months of reverse dieting. This is what a successful body recomposition looks like! She is a prime example of what it looks like when you focus on nutrition AND training together! She came in eating all the wrong things and had some hormonal issues that we worked through and now she is eating 1800 calories still going up to maintenance calories.

Since 2010 I have always been one that loved going to the gym with the goal of having a picture perfect body and abs to go along with it. Fast forward to 2022 and the gym was just another to do thing on my weekly check list. I was going through the motions in the gym, with no energy, and no focus on nutrition. It was not until I started focusing on what I was putting in my body that my energy started coming back and my body started to respond to what I was feeding it. I have not only lost weight but I have gained lean muscle as well. The nutrition is where it’s at.
