1. I LOVEEEE God! Like in actuality I’m obsessed with Jesus 😂😂
2. I’m a foodie. Sushi is my favorite and anyone who doesn’t like sushi can’t be trusted.
3. I work out without music or in silence which I’ve heard is weird 😅
4. I don’t know many famous people 😂 I thought Post Malone died and not Mac Miller! Which in my defense was an understandable mix up!
5. My true happiness comes from making other people’s day 😙🤞🏾

Who got active today!? 🙋🏽♀️ Wether it was the gym, a nice jog/walk, or a hike like me! It counts! I’m Going to start making it a weekend tradition to go hiking and be adventurous. 🚵🏾♀️ I feel like I need to switch up my routine and scenery🙆🏽♀️ If you know me then you’ll know I love the outdoors and nature. There’s no place I’d rather be than exploring new things!! 😊Hope you all have a great week!! 😘

How are y’all getting your daily cardio in since the gyms are closed?
I don’t know about y’all but I HATE running so that’s my last option 😩 I’ve missed my Stairmaster more than anything. Once all of this is over I will never take the Stairmaster for granted!!😪 So I bought a bike! I couldn’t skip out on cardio any longer👏🏽 I love it!!! the first day I was thinking heck no... this ain’t it😂 my whole body was hurting and out of shape!🤦🏽♀️ it gets better tho I promise. My routine is at least 20 miles a day or more. I can tell a significant difference in my body physique every since I’ve started biking! Especially in my legs! So if you’re looking for a good alternative for quarantine cardio I’d suggest biking! You will get the full body workout experience👏🏽🔥 If you have any questions feel free to DM me😌
