Here is another major question we get almost daily. Everyone seems to be talking about peptides right now.
Some people think they’re a miracle solution.
Others think they’re a scam.
The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.
Peptides are simply compounds that can signal certain processes within the body. Depending on the peptide, they may support:
Recovery
Muscle preservation
Tissue repair
Metabolic health
Weight loss efforts
But here’s what many people miss…
If your sleep is poor, your nutrition is inconsistent, and you’re not training properly, peptides won’t fix those problems.
The foundation still matters:
✔ Strength training
✔ Daily movement
✔ Quality sleep
✔ Recovery
✔ Sustainable nutrition
At Tenacity, we believe education comes first. Before considering any advanced wellness strategy, make sure the fundamentals are in place.
Health isn’t built on shortcuts. It’s built on consistency.
What’s your opinion on peptides? Have you looked into them or used them before?

🏋️♂️ CARDIO BEFORE OR AFTER WEIGHTS? 🤔
One of the most common questions we get is:
“Should I do cardio before or after strength training?”
The answer depends on your goal.
🏃♂️ If your primary goal is endurance, race training, or improving cardiovascular performance, doing cardio first may make sense.
💪 If your goal is building muscle, getting stronger, improving body composition, or preserving performance in the gym, strength training first is usually the better choice.
Why?
Strength training requires the most energy, focus, and power. If you spend 30+ minutes on cardio first, you may not have the same strength and intensity available when it’s time to lift.
For most people, the ideal order is:
✅ Strength Training
✅ Cardio
✅ Recovery
The good news?
The difference between before and after is much smaller than simply being consistent.
The best workout plan is the one you can stick to week after week.
At Tenacity Fitness, we help our members train smarter—not just harder.

If your blood sugar stays elevated all day… it may not just be your diet.
Many people immediately blame carbs.
But elevated glucose can also be influenced by:
* poor sleep
* chronic stress
* low muscle mass
* inactivity
* inflammation
* high cortisol
* poor recovery
Sometimes the issue isn’t “eating too much.”
Sometimes the body is under too much stress.
That’s why real health coaching looks deeper than calories alone.
At Tenacity, we focus on:
✔ movement
✔ recovery
✔ training
✔ sleep
✔ sustainable nutrition
✔ metabolic health
Because long-term health requires more than a crash diet.

Most people train based on what they think their body needs.
But what if you actually knew?
Bloodwork and genetic insights give you real answers about:
• hormone balance (energy, strength, fat loss)
• inflammation levels (recovery + performance)
• nutrient deficiencies (what your body is missing)
• metabolism + DNA (how your body actually functions)
This is the difference between:
👉 guessing
and
👉 training with purpose
At Tenacity, we’re moving toward a system where your training is based on real data — not assumptions.
