🌟 AUGUST MEMBER OF THE MONTH: KELSIE 🌟

Kelsie has been part of the Three Cord crew since November 2025, and in less than a year, she’s already had plenty of those “wait… I can actually do that?!” moments.

Her most recent? Banded ring dips! She wasn’t even planning on attempting them, but Coach Taylor convinced her to give them a shot—and she surprised herself by getting them!

A few things you might not know about Kelsie…
👑 She was the 1997 winner of the “Lid’l Miss Dolly” beauty contest. Yes, you read that correctly😂

Her dream workout partner is Elyse Myers—for the inevitable lookalike photos and hilarious content that would follow.

And her favorite part of Three Cord isn’t one particular workout or PR. It’s all the little moments: coffee after a Saturday class, special events, community days, celebrating milestones, and showing up for each other.

Those little moments are what turn a gym into a family—and we’re pretty lucky to have Kelsie as part of ours!
