šŗšø As we approach the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, Milestone will be spending the next two weeks celebrating the principles and spirit upon which this great nation was built.
We begin by honoring and thanking the men and women who have served and continue to serve in our military. Your sacrifice, courage, and commitment have helped preserve the freedoms that so many of us enjoy every day.
Today, we wake up with the ability to speak freely, worship freely, pursue our dreams, and build a better life for our families. Around the world, many people do not enjoy these same liberties. We are grateful for those who have stood in the gap to protect them.
As we celebrate our nationās history, let us never take these blessings for granted. Freedom is a gift that has been secured through tremendous sacrifice and is worthy of both gratitude and stewardship.
āFor you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.ā ā Galatians 5:13
Thank you to all who have worn the uniform and defended the freedoms that allow us to live, work, worship, and serve others.
God bless our military service members, their families, and the United States of America. šŗšø

We had a special guest in the facility today! Meet Triton, a cane corso who is trained by long time training client Darren Petty. Darren is the owner of Indiana Working Dogs and has been in the dog training business for a long time. If youāre in the need for dog training and boarding give Darren a call at (317) 989-8055

At Milestone, we believe great teams arenāt just built through hard workātheyāre built through meaningful relationships.
Thatās why we intentionally create opportunities to celebrate together and enjoy social outings outside of work. Last night we enjoyed a beautiful evening at Victory Field to watch the Indianapolis Indians. Research has consistently shown that having even one close friend at work leads to greater job satisfaction, stronger engagement, and improved well-being. And when youāre surrounded by multiple people you genuinely enjoy being around, work becomes a place where you thrive, not just a place you clock in.
Weāre incredibly grateful for a team that continues to growānot only in numbers, but in talent, character, and passion for serving others.
Thank you to our Milestone family for helping us provide exceptional physical therapy, personal training, and athletic care to communities across Central Indiana. The future is bright, and weāre thankful to be building it together.

Congratulations to Center Grove Baseball on bringing home the Regional Championship! šā¾ļø
Weāve been honored to play a small part in the journeys of so many of these young men over the yearsāwhether through physical therapy, game-day preparation, performance training, or recovery services. Watching them compete, grow, and succeed together is what itās all about.
A special shoutout to Evan Craft, Director of our Milestone Performance Academy, for the incredible job heās done pouring into this group throughout this season and helping keep these athletes healthy, prepared, and performing at their best. Thatās what the Milestone Athletic Care Continuum is all about.
Enjoy the moment, Trojans. The work continues, and weāre proud to be in your corner. One more step. šŖš“āŖļø

One of the coolest parts of what we do at Milestone isnāt just helping athletes perform and recoverāitās connecting great people.
What are the chances that two High School All-American kickers would be in the same place at the same time?
Bryan Robertson, a Seymour High School standout and Indiana University kicker in the early 2000s, crossed paths with Center Groveās own Dallas Cornpropst, who will be a senior this fall and has earned selection to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
The conversation was awesome to watch. They talked training, grass vs. block heights, timing of getting kicks off, and the mental side of performing when the pressure is highest. Bryan shared lessons from his journey, and Dallas soaked up every bit of it as he continues building his own path.
The best part? They just happened to be wearing the exact same shoes. š
Moments like this remind us that success leaves clues, and there is tremendous value in learning from those who have walked the path before you.
Now the real question⦠, what do we need to do to get a āFor The Brandā episode at Center Grove this year? We think thereās a pretty good story brewing right here on the southside of Indy. š„
