Congratulations to member Richard Taylor Coursey for hitting 500lbs on the chest press yesterday! Next stop is hitting is goal of getting 500lbs on the bench!
CLASS UPDATE!!!
On February 2nd, we will have our first Barre Yoga Class taught by Ashley Wells at 6pm! For those who don't know what Barre Yoga is, it's a combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
Everybody meet our Nutritionist, Craig! Craig is a former bodybuilder competitor that has won numerous events. He is now our nutritionist that helps our clients get their diet in check! If you’re a person who needs help with their diet, you can get a customized meal plan for just $100 a month! If you’re interested, comment, DM us, or stop by the gym and talk to us about it!
Whether it’s to hit a personal best in an exercise, fix your diet, or just to get moving! Let us know in the comments!
