I started working out because I believed the lie that I wasn’t good enough. I thought if I looked a certain way or pushed myself harder, then maybe I would finally feel loved, accepted, and enough. That mindset led me into an eating disorder and an unhealthy addiction to working out.
But God… He set me free 🙌
Through Him, I learned that I am already loved. Already chosen. Already enough. Not because of what I look like or what I achieve, but because of who He is.
Now I get to use this body not for punishment, but for His kingdom and His glory. 🙏🏼
