Carolina Cheer and Dance

Travelers Rest spent their last practice at Carolina with coach TK! She truly loved working with them and they are so excited for the rest of State Week!

Stretch class with Coach TK is always fun! The significance of flexibility in this sport is SO underrated. It's an incredibly necessary advantage in order to be the best all around athlete you can be!!

Stretch Class takes place at the Greenville gym every Wednesday & Thursday @ 5:30p and goes for an hour! We'd LOVE for you to join us next week!!

Whoa! 3A & 4A state qualifiers are locked in and we could not have asked to be better represented!!! We place tremendous value on the CAROLINA name and brand, and today was a perfect example why!

To Broome, Chapman, Chesnee, Palmetto, Traveler's Rest, Walhalla, Belton-Honea Path and Woodruff high schools - we are SO PROUD of you all. We're honored to have the opportunity to work with all of you and we thank you for trusting in us and putting the work in.

Now we've got 11 days until State, it's time to get back in the gym and polish the final product! It's not over quite yet - let's finish on a GREAT note. CONGRATULATIONS to all teams!!!

We talk a lot about the , and here's a tiny glimpse inside what that means.

Instead of goofing off and playing, the Alley Cats chose - on their own - to sit and stretch right in front of the spring floor so they could watch Chesnee HS put on the final touches on for qualifier. They were all cheering for and encouraging them during their full-outs, and Chesnee fed off of that, putting on a show for the little ones. It was SO awesome to watch!!

Teamwork and sportsmanship are the types of lessons we strive to teach. Cheerleading is the easy part!! And to see it happen in real life is all the affirmation we could ever want!!

It's not just a saying guys, it means something. We absolutely are a family and there is NOTHING quite like the - !!! 💙💙💙

Spartanburg was booming tonight!! The awesome thing is, every single athlete you see in this picture was in the gym working voluntarily. There were only optional practices held in Spartanburg tonight, and these kids didn't just come...they came to work!!

So proud to have athletes who's love for this sport is genuine and unparalleled. They understand that the work is worth it, each and every one of them has goals and they aren't stopping until those goals are achieved!

That's right, that time of week again -- Sunday Funday at CAROLINA!!

Sundays are our favorite - all CAROLINA teams in the gym putting the work in to achieve greatness this upcoming season.

***If your coaches have given the go ahead, be sure to style out in your Halloween costume today! Make sure we remember by abide by all the rules laid out (no tutu's while practicing, etc.) and make sure you don't make it difficult for yourself to practice!!
