A relaxing afternoon of gentle stretching and settling into shavasana with the soothing sounds of singing bowls for a sound bath.
Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon of movement, stillness, and sound.
This unique experience begins with a gentle 45-minute yoga session designed to release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your body.
From there, settle into shavasana and allow yourself to be immersed in a 45-minute sound bath filled with soothing tones and vibrational healing to encourage deep relaxation and renewal.

Five dancers from Bright Eyes Belly Dance will be attending this awesome event!
The place will be packed, the energy high, and the dancers sublime.
If you live in NC (or you like breweries and dancing and living within driving distance), check it out.
You will need reservations, so call Traust.
Its almost time! We're so excited to be performing at the summer QC shimmy next Saturday on August 1. We're joining SONEM, the Roses of the Realm, and talented dancers from across the region for a night of music and bellydance at Traust Brewing Company!
This event is free and open to the public so come out and join us. If you're coming, you better call ahead and reserve your seats, the event is usually packed ☀️💃🌹

Summer Saturday Series: Beginning Belly Dance! starts Saturday, August 1, 8-8:50am in Greer, SC.
Learn the basics of belly dance in a supportive environment.
$60 for five weeks or $15 drop-in

Jeff Holland came in for a small ensemble session and worked with us on Malfuf and çiftitelli.
After, we drummed with him to "Shatti ya Dunya" as we prepare for the Upstate Renaissance Faire in September!

This dance seems too simple to do much-- but the calf cramps that woke me up at 2am says otherwise!
The basse-danse is one of four dances we are learning in our Courtly Dance Workshops.
I'm offering a makeup class for those who missed this on August 2, 2-5pm.
