Well, this is something I have been working on for a while. Dads that go hard is a Podcast for dads. This is the first episode and this is just an introduction to what it will be about. Happy Thanksgiving to all the dads out there be grateful for your kids show them how grateful you are by becoming a better you and making better choices for yourself and being present for your kids no matter how tired you are. They are worth it.

Having kids I think is a beautiful opportunity for us to see the best of ourselves because a lot of times all we see is the worst and can’t see the best of ourselves looking internally, but through our kids, we can see it so bright right in front of us shining through them.

Not only ourselves but our spouses too.
