👋 Meet Coach Arren!

She coaches:🧡Advanced Classes and Compulsory Team💙

🔸I’ve been involved in gymnastics for most of my life and I’ve been coaching for just over a year now! (Coach Arren used to compete gymnastics on our team! She competed until Level 3!)
🔸Something I hope to be able to teach each gymnast I coach is that, It’s okay for things to be hard/a challenge, but that’s doesn’t mean it’s okay to give up and not try. Every new thing you try is going to start a challenge, we become stronger when we face it instead of giving up.
