Boulder-Palooza & Power & Poise is TONIGHT!

Join us for an epic community night at Climb Iowa East Village TONIGHT from 5pm-9pm!

We’re taking over the gym (and the parking lot!) with:

🧗‍♂️ Climbing & games
🎲 Fun activities for climbers and non-climbers
🤝 Local business stands (business stand announcements & spotlights coming later this week!)
😁 1 free guest per member

This is a Community Event!
✨ Members: Free!
✨ Member Guest: Free (gear included)!
✨ Guest (non-member): $10 (gear included)!

Like last year, as a part of Boulder-Palooza, we will be continuing with our second-annual Power & Poise Partner Competition!

During Power & Poise, climbers climb in teams of 2. One climber tackles a wall of dynos while the other takes on a no-hands slab. Together you get 4 minutes to split between the two climbs however you choose. Strategy is key! Sign up for either recreational or competitive depending on your preferred experience!

🚨 LAST-MINUTE KINDER CAMP OPENINGS!

We have a few extra spots available in our Summer Kinder Camp this Thursday and Friday, July 30-31, at Climb Iowa Grimes!

Designed specifically for kids ages 4-7, this two half-day camp introduces youth to climbing through great instruction, plenty of movement, and both climbing and non-climbing games. Harnesses and climbing shoes are included!

Learn how to generate power efficiently, commit confidently to dynamic movement, trust your feet on slab, and pick up techniques you can apply on your next climbing session.

No matter your experience level, our Head Coach, Logan Dirksen, will help you build confidence and refine your movement in a fun, supportive environment.

Slab of the Week looks a little different this week…come try some run-across dynos on our slab spray wall!
Start on the right side or the left, pick a target hold, and go for it! This run-across set will be up for two weeks, so you have plenty of time to challenge yourself.
