Staff Spotlight: Coach Michelle 🌟
Coach Michelle has been coaching for 9 years and grew up playing basketball! 🏀 At Vitality, she brings her passion for fitness to both FitLab and Adult HIIT.
FitLab is our kids strength training program, where athletes can build strength, confidence, and healthy movement habits in a fun and encouraging environment. 💪 Our Adult HIIT classes give adults the opportunity to get moving too with high-energy workouts focused on strength and fitness!
Her favorite part about coaching at Vitality is that there is a place for everyone, no matter their age or skill level. 🧡 Michelle believes that “movement is medicine” and loves helping others understand just how important movement is for everyone.
When she’s not coaching at Vitality, Coach Michelle is also a substitute teacher for SWCSD! 🍎📚
We’re so lucky to have Coach Michelle as part of the Vitality family! ✨
We all have that ONE group of kids who absolutely LOVE being partners… and the coach who absolutely does NOT love them being partners 😂
They’re besties. They’re inseparable. And somehow, absolutely no work is getting done.
