Good Luck to everyone! I heard the gym has been sold. I do not know anything about the new owners. But, hopefully things get better for you all. I wish all of you continued success in your fitness goals and in everything else life has to offer!

Friends it is with a heavy heart and profound sadness I have to inform you that we have lost one of our own. Wes Denny lost his battle with Cancer yesterday. He touched so many of our lives and will be greatly missed. I am here if anyone would like to talk or share stories. I will post the arrangements as soon as I get them from the family. I will also find out if they have a charity Wes wanted donations made to. Please keep the family in your prayers. Thank you! (Kristen Heinmiller)

We really miss everyone and a lot of you have expressed an interest in getting together. We thought we might do a cookout. We wanted to try and get an idea of how many people would like to attend. We also want to try and get an idea of when would work best for people and also suggestions as to venue. Your feedback is appreciated and we hope to see everyone soon!
