In 2004 the Grand Lake Family YMCA, a branch of the Tri-State Family YMCA, began with an after school and summer day camp program with 8 youth participating. That same year the YMCA leased a building from the City of Grove to operate fitness classes and offer exercise equipment for Y members. Today we have over 950 members and more than 800 youth that participate in programs such as flag football, soccer, basketball, healthy kids day, summer camp, after school care, schools day out, and swim lessons. When you combine our youth participants with our adult program participants we have over 1,100 participants! Our goal is to build our own facility in Grove Oklahoma with the number one priority of that facility being an indoor swimming pool.

The Adventure Cruise is part of the Grand Lake Fest that is taking place Friday and Saturday, September 11–12, and you do not have to ride a motorcycle to participate. Cars, trucks, motorcycles and other street-legal vehicles are welcome to join the fun.

Learn to Ballroom Dance with our 4-Week Classes starting Tuesday, September 8! Two options available:

WALTZ (2:00pm Skea Gym)
Waltz is an elegant dance that glides down the floor with smooth, flowing movements and is usually seen at weddings.

SALSA (6:00pm, Upstairs Group Exercise Room)
Salsa is an upbeat, social Latin dance that is fun and energetic, paired with lively music with strong percussion.

Member Cost: $25/individual; $40/couple
Non-member Cost: $30/individual; $50/couple
("Couples" can be 2 friends)

Friday September 4 UPDATE
Unfortunately, the 24-hour access is will still be down for the weekend.
Starting at 6AM on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 the front desk will be staffed, and the doors will be open for our early morning exercisers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

UPDATE - 24 Hour Access (9/3)
The technicians have been working to troubleshooting the issue and working as quickly as they can, but our system is still down. Our hours on Friday 9/4 will be 7am - 7pm. We apologize for the inconvenience.
