Hydra Aquatics is growing! We’re excited to add a second training location in Groveport, joining our Blacklick location. More opportunities to train, grow and compete—together as one team.

I’m really excited to be coaching this fall with Hydra Swim Club at the Groveport Rec Center!

I can’t wait to get back on the pool deck and start working with a great group of kids and families. We’re going to work hard, get better, have some fun, and swim FAST! 💪🏊‍♀️💨

I’m super excited about this opportunity and what we can build together at Groveport. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones!

We are excited to announce our first-ever community closet for extra swim gear! Thanks to GFF swimmer Aspyn & her mom Kara for organizing this!

🐟🏊‍♀️ Fighting Fish Community Equipment Closet 🏊‍♀️🐟

As swimmers grow, we all end up with suits, goggles, fins, kickboards, snorkels, caps, and other gear that no longer gets used. Instead of letting those items sit in a closet, let’s help keep them in the water and available for other swimmers!

We are collecting gently used:

🥽 Goggles
🏊 Swimsuits
🐬 Fins
🏊‍♂️ Kickboards
🤿 Snorkels
🧢 Swim Caps
🎒 Mesh Bags & Other Swim Gear

📍 Donation Bins will be available at the Groveport Recreation Center during practice times through the end of June:

🕘 Wednesdays & Fridays | 9:00–10:30 AM
🌙 Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:00–8:30 PM

Can’t make it to the bins? Swimmers are also welcome to give donations directly to Aspyn, and she’ll make sure everything gets sorted and added to the Community Equipment Closet.

In the event that we have spots open up, we will accept registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. Registering on the waitlist is encouraged, as families will receive early access to registration next year.
