Quick update: I've had some questions about what's happening with my yoga classes these days, so here's what's up.

Monday yoga class happens every week. The vibe is gentle, curious, nighttime, chill.

Sunday yoga happens when I have enough pre-registrations to make it feasible. I make this decision a month at a time. So, for example, I'll take a look at the numbers this Saturday, and if enough folks are interested, we'll have Sunday yoga in October. Otherwise, we won't. No hard feelings either way.

The first time I heard this song, I knew I wanted to make a choreography to it. There are just so many opportunities for hip drops! Deciding to use veil for it came later, after watching a dance show with lots of veil pieces done exactly the same way. I thought, "Surely there are other ways a veil can be used in bellydance. There have to be!" And Crack of Doom was born. So far, it's the only piece an audience member has ever requested by name, and it's a favorite of a fierce little gal named that Katie that we all love, so it'll be sticking around a while.
