PuroFitness is a health, fitness, and performance training company that is mobile, yet currently offers services to multiple locations. Our trainers currently conduct personal training and group classes at the Groveport Recreation Center, Vineyard Community Center, and the Lazelle Woods Community Center. We specialize in many areas ranging from youth fitness to athletic performance to weight loss
to flexibility and independence. The core of our mission is to help others see their health and wellness as a means of praise and living. We believe that our bodies are the gifts that have been given to us. As such, it's our duty and honor to help others improve various aspects of physical fitness in order to show love for the Lord, to serve and bless others, improve life at various levels, and to positively affect others through our work. We work with each client to discuss short-term and long-term goals. Then a health screen and functional movement assessment are completed. Together, we map out a plan to reach those goals, put it into action, and help our clients reach those goals! PuroFitness takes great pleasure in putting the "personal" in personal training. Our trainers are easily accessible via multiple routes. Additionally, fitness plans are specifically built for the clients, and are NOT a one-size-fits-all agenda. Regular monitoring of progress, along with nutritional and supplement advice is also available for the clients. At the end of the day, we don't succeed without our clients succeeding and we are incredibly grateful for that!
