Buchanan County YMCA This page is dedicated to our programs and activities held at the YMCA of Buchanan County to keep you informed and up to date on classes we offer.

The Young Men's Christian Association of Buchanan County is a non-profit charitable, Christian organization, financed through membership dues, activities fees and donations. The first level of our facility includes the lobby, service desk, conference room, business offices, kitchen, lunchroom equipped with games and vending machines, handicapped and family restrooms, locker rooms with showers, dressing areas, restroom facilities and lockers, double gymnasium with volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and a large, fully equipped weight room with an adjacent cardio room. The second level includes women's and men's health club facilities equipped with a variety of exercise equipment, personal lockers, saunas, spas, showers, dressing and lounge areas. The nursery, three classrooms and an activity area are also located upstairs. The outdoor pool and kiddie pool are open seven days a week, weather permitting, June through August.

Today, we are proud to recognize Eddie Smith and Colten Clevinger as they honor the heroes and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Their participation in this Tunnel to Towers tribute is a meaningful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and service of so many brave men and women.

We are thankful for community members like Eddie and Colten who take the time to honor those who gave everything for others. 🇺🇸

Join us as we remember the lives lost, celebrate the heroes among us, and continue to carry the spirit of Never Forget in our hearts.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the brave first responders, military members, and everyday heroes who showed incredible courage and selflessness.

We remember the families who lost loved ones, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the strength and unity that brought our nation together.

In remembrance of the brave firefighters and first responders of September 11th, all firefighters are welcome to come to the Buchanan County YMCA and use our StairMaster free of charge today only.
