First of all, big congratulations for these clubs representing so well the country on the open division!

I am so proud of you girls!!! Last year of most of you before finally go to college to represent the US in a higher level. I will miss you so much, but I am so happy to see you are taking the next step in volleyball and life!

It's being a pleasure to work with you consistently and see these results after this beautiful year! We learn so much with each other ❤️❤️❤️ it will be really hard for me to say goodbye soon 😭😭 but I am sure you are all ready, and nothing can make me happier than that!

There is one team that asks me for conditioning every single week. One team that tells me, “If you ace me now, I’ll run to the pier at the end of practice.”

You never care who shows up at practice. If it’s raining, you text me even more excited to train.

During camps, you never worry about being moved to a higher or lower court. You simply focus on working, improving, and competing. I don't forget when Addi asked me, "Arthur, I can't practice, but I can go and take pictures of the camp and help sh****ng balls?".
This simple attitude made me respect you forever and be extremely motivated to coach you every day.

Your results are not a coincidence. You have clear goals, and you make them depend only on yourselves.

It has been an incredible year, and I feel truly lucky and proud to coach you girls.

You make it work because you show up every single practice ready to do your job the best way possible, always wanting to improve and get better.

A short team that looks giant on the court.

You never complain. You never ask to do a specific drill. You plan your days, trust the process, and execute whatever is asked of you.

You will be an example for the next generations for a very long time, at least on my court.

There is nothing in volleyball that makes me happier than seeing athletes use the sport to become the best version of themselves as human beings.

I am very proud of both of you, and I am sure you will succeed in college and in life. You will be able to choose whatever path you want because of the discipline, character, and mentality you built through this journey.

CAMP in Pensacola- Florida

A huge thank you to all of you for inviting me to our wonderful camp in Pensacola!
I absolutely loved the city and it was an incredible experience from beginning to end. Learning together, supporting one another, and sharing so many special moments made it truly unforgettable.

I had an amazing time and gained so much joy from this experience. I sincerely hope to return soon and create many more moments like these!!
