🐅11U TIGERS MAKING THEIR MARK!🐅

🏆 PERFECT GAME ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM HONORS! 🏆

A HUGE congratulations to SEVEN members of our 11U Rawlings Tigers Tiger Point team who earned All-Tournament Team recognition at the 2026 Perfect Game Gulf Coast Sunday Series – Session 2 (OPEN)!

These young men put together some outstanding performances against strong competition, and their hard work earned them some well-deserved recognition!

🔥 OUR ALL-TOURNAMENT SELECTIONS 🔥

🐅 Ryder Delaney
🐅 Alex Chacon
🐅 Vincent Iarossi
🐅 Spurlin Moretz
🐅 Asher Oates

🐅 Max Sharrett – TWO-WAY ALL-TOURNAMENT SELECTION!

🐅 Jace Waldo – TWO-WAY ALL-TOURNAMENT SELECTION!

SEVEN PLAYERS. NINE ALL-TOURNAMENT SELECTIONS. ONE TEAM.

What makes this recognition special isn’t just the individual numbers. It’s seeing so many players from the same team step up and contribute to our success.

Building a competitive baseball program doesn’t happen overnight. It takes countless practices, long weekends, dedicated coaches, supportive families, and most importantly, players willing to put in the work.

These boys continue to develop, compete, and push each other to get better. Individual recognition is great, but watching their growth as teammates and young men is what we’re most proud of.

Congratulations to Ryder, Alex, Vincent, Spurlin, Asher, Max, and Jace! You’ve earned this recognition, and we couldn’t be prouder of how you represent the Tigers!

Keep working. Keep competing. Keep building.

🐅⚾ 7U RAWLINGS TIGERS WEEKEND RECAP ⚾🐅

Our 7U Tigers were back on the field this weekend in Panama City Beach and showed exactly how explosive this young group can be at the plate!

Saturday featured two completely different games. The Tigers erupted for 15 runs on 23 hits in the opener, battling Florida Warriors to a 15–15 tie. Every Tiger in the lineup recorded a hit, and the offense delivered three home runs, two doubles and a triple. 🔥

The second game was a tougher one, as the Tigers fell 14–3, to a solid Panama City Prime team. They still collected 11 hits, giving them an incredible 34 hits across two games on the day.

💥 OFFENSIVE FIREWORKS

In the 15–15 game:

* Trey H. #10: 3-for-3, HR, 2B, 4 RBI, 2 runs — 7 total bases
* Nicholas F. #27: 3-for-3, HR, RBI, 2 runs — 6 total bases
* Conner H. #23: 2-for-3, HR, 2 RBI, 2 runs
* Jelani D. #2: 2-for-4, 3B, RBI, 2 runs
* Eli W. #14: 2-for-3, 2B, RBI, 2 runs

And it wasn’t just the top of the lineup — all 11 Tigers recorded at least one hit in that game!

⭐ TOP 3 PERFORMERS

Trey H. #10
An unbelievable first game: 3-for-3 with a home run, double and 4 RBI. Trey was responsible for four of the Tigers’ 15 runs driven in and finished with a team-high 7 total bases.

Nicholas F. #27
Nicholas was a hitting machine all weekend. He went 3-for-3 with a home run in Game 1 and followed it with a 2-for-2 performance in Game 2. That’s 5-for-5 on the weekend! 🔥

Mattix O. #4
Mattix finished 5-for-5 across the two games, including a double. He went 3-for-3 in the 15-run explosion before going 2-for-2 with 2 runs and an RBI in Game 2. That’s getting it done!

The scoreboard doesn’t always tell the entire story at 7U. These Tigers continue to get valuable tournament reps, compete against good teams, and learn how to battle together. 45 hits in two games shows just how dangerous this lineup can become as they continue developing.

Keep working. Keep competing. Keep growing.

Great interview!

Great interview!

What does it actually take to make it all the way to the big leagues?

Tiger alum Erik Miller has lived it — from the Rawlings Tigers, to Stanford, through the minor leagues, and now pitching in the majors.

In the interview, Erik talks about the parts of that journey young players don’t always see: training when you don’t feel like it, learning how your focus has to change as you move up, watching how big leaguers prepare, and dealing with everything in baseball that’s outside your control.

His biggest message is pretty simple:

Control what you can control.

There’s a lot in this one for players at every level.

🏆 11U RAWLINGS TIGERS — PERFECT GAME CHAMPIONS! 🏆

CHAMPIONS! What a weekend for our 11U Rawlings Tigers Tiger Point!

Before we get into the full weekend recap, let’s shoutout our families. There’s something special about watching a plan come together. We’re lucky enough to have families of this team that have now stuck together for three, four or five seasons, continuing to work, develop and build on what we learned the season before. There were some tough seasons early on when the wins didn’t always come and the results didn’t necessarily reflect the work being put in behind the scenes. But our families stayed together, trusted our coaches and believed in the long-term plan. Now, we’re beginning to see the fruits of that commitment. Building a program is a process. Developing players is a process. Building a winning culture is a process. It doesn’t happen overnight. But when players and families trust the process, trust their coaches, keep showing up and stick together through the difficult days, eventually the good days follow. This team is a pretty special example of that. 🐅

Now back to the weekend recap.

The Tigers went a perfect 4–0, bringing their season record to 8-1 overall. These boys outscored their opponents 33–15, survived two nail-biters, delivered a walk-off semifinal victory, and finished the job by bringing home the Perfect Game Sunday Series Championship!

Weekend Results:
Tigers 14 - Panhandle Arsenal 0
Tigers 7 – SF Outlaws 6
Semifinal:
Tigers 7 – Blackwater Baseball - 6
🏆 Championship:
Rawlings Tigers 5 –Wave Baseball 3

🚨 WALK-OFF TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP!

The semifinal against Blackwater was an absolute battle.

With the semi final game tied 6–6 in extra innings, Noah Foraker stepped to the plate and delivered the WALK-OFF HIT, sending the Tigers to the championship game!

It was the kind of moment these kids will remember for a long time — coming through under pressure with the season’s biggest game on the line.

🏆 TOURNAMENT MVP — RYDER DELANEY #22

A huge congratulations to Ryder Delaney, who was named the overall Perfect Game Tournament MVP!

Ryder delivered all weekend, finishing:

3-for-6 | .500 AVG | 4 RBI | 4 Runs | 2 BB | Triple

And he came up huge when it mattered most.

In the Championship Game, Ryder went 1-for-1 with a triple, 2 runs, an RBI and a walk!

Big-time players show up in big-time moments, and Ryder did exactly that.

🔥 TOP 3 PERFORMERS

⭐ SPURLIN MORETZ #8
5-for-7 | .714 AVG | 5 RBI | 4 R | 2B | 5 SB

Spurlin was an absolute problem for opposing teams all weekend. He led the Tigers with 5 hits, drove in 5 runs and constantly created pressure on the bases. He also stepped onto the mound and recorded a key out in the 7–6 victory over the Outlaws.

⭐ JACE WALDO #19
Hitting: 2-for-6 | HR | 4 RBI | 5 R | 3 BB
Pitching: 6 IP | 2 ER | 6 K | 1 BB | 2 Wins

Jace made an impact everywhere. He blasted a true inside the park GRAND SLAM in the opening 14–0 victory, picked up the win in the semifinal to shut the door for an inning in extras so the Tigers offense to get the win, then took the ball for the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME and was DOMINANT.

Jace went the full 5 innings, allowing just 1 earned run with 5 strikeouts and only 1 walk to help bring home the title!

⭐ MAX SHARRETT #15
3-for-4 | .750 AVG | 1 RBI | 7 R | 4 BB | 8 SB
Pitching: 2 IP | 1 H | 0 R | 6 K

Max put together a monster all-around weekend. He is the engine of this Tigers offense hitting in the 2 hole. He reached base constantly, scored 7 runs and stole 8 bases.

He was dominant on the mound in the opener — striking out 6 of the 10 batters he faced over two scoreless innings. Even when he faced adversity in a bases loaded, NO OUT jam in the first inning, there was no panic in his game. He dug deep and struck three hitters out in a row to get out of it unscathed. That’s the kind of battle that makes this team special.

🐅 TOTAL TEAM EFFORT

This championship took everybody.

From Noah Foraker’s walk-off hit, to Ryder earning Tournament MVP, to Jace going the distance in the championship, to huge contributions throughout the lineup and ESPN worthy defensive highlights— these boys continued to answer every challenge put in front of them.

They won with offense.
They won with pitching.
They won with defense.
They won the close games.
They won with their backs against the wall.

And when it was time to play for a championship…

THEY FINISHED THE JOB. 🏆

4–0. PERFECT GAME SUNDAY SERIES CHAMPIONS.

(The Last Late Weekend Recap)

🐅⚾ 12U RAWLINGS TIGER POINT WEEKEND RECAP ⚾🐅

It was a weekend of resilience and improvement for our 12U Tigers!

Saturday started with a tough 17-1 loss to WFBA, but instead of letting that define their weekend, the Tigers responded immediately. In Game 2, they went toe-to-toe with Tallahassee and battled to a 3-3 tie, backed by some outstanding pitching.

The Tigers’ staff combined for 8 strikeouts in just 3 innings, with Greyson N and Jace M combining for six strikeouts over the final two innings while allowing ZERO earned runs.

Sunday, the Tigers battled again against Bill Bond before falling 5-2. Despite the result, it was another competitive game and a huge improvement from where the weekend began.

⭐ TOP 3 PERFORMERS ⭐

🐅 Jordan C #21 — Jordan had the biggest offensive weekend for the Tigers, going 3-for-4 (.750) with 3 RBI, a run scored and a stolen base. He went 2-for-2 with an RBI in the 3-3 tie Saturday, then drove in both Tigers runs Sunday.

🐅 Jace M #18 — Jace was outstanding on the mound Saturday, throwing a perfect inning with 3 strikeouts on just 12 pitches — 10 for strikes! He came back Sunday and added another inning on the mound, while also collecting a hit and stolen base at the plate.

🐅Greyson N #5 — Greyson delivered one of the strongest pitching innings of the weekend: 1 IP, 1 hit, 0 earned runs and 3 strikeouts. He also added a hit, an RBI and a stolen base offensively in Saturday’s 3-3 battle.

There were plenty of other bright spots as well. Connor B doubled and stole two bases on the weekend, Noah G doubled and scored twice Saturday, Tripp S doubled Sunday, and Marshall C gave the Tigers three innings on the mound Sunday.

The biggest takeaway from this weekend wasn’t the record — it was the response.

After a difficult opening game, these boys didn’t fold. They came right back and battled to a 3-3 tie, then competed again Sunday in a three-run game.

Young teams grow by being challenged, responding and getting back after it.

Keep working. Keep learning. Keep competing. 🐅⚾
