🚨🔇 BIG NEWS FOR SUPPRESSOR OWNERS & BUYERS! 🔇🚨

🎯 ATF SUPPRESSOR REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED — HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Effective October 9, 2026, the Bureau of Alcohol, To***co, Fi****ms and Explosives (ATF) announced a major change in how federal requirements for suppressors will be enforced!

🔎 SO, WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGED?

✅ No NFA Registration Requirement Being Enforced – ATF will no longer enforce federal NFA registration requirements for suppressors under this policy.

⚠️ WHAT HASN'T CHANGED?

🔹 ATF Form 4473 is still required when purchasing through a licensed dealer.

🔹 Federal background checks are still required unless a lawful exemption applies.

🔹 Buyers must still meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

💥 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

Purchasing a suppressor through a licensed dealer is now significantly easier, with fewer federal paperwork requirements and without the traditional NFA approval wait!

📢 HAVE QUESTIONS? WE'RE HERE TO HELP!

Stop by Oak Ridge Gun Range and speak with our team about the updated requirements and what the process looks like moving forward.
