Thank you to everyone who came out this morning to honor and remember our fallen heroes with completing "Murph".

Really? C'mon ya'll.

Shout-out to our 3 teams that competed at this weekend! As always, we are so proud of how you performed the standards TO the standard. You guys always make CoLex look good out on that floor because you compete with integrity and the heart of what CrossFit truly is. Thank you all for another great weekend.

We also had 3 of our athletes/coaches perform as judges this weekend (sorry we weren't able to get ya'lls pictures ladies). Many times that job is even tougher than competing in itself, but they did awesome! Here's to you Jess, Bianca, and GG 🍻.

Finally, thanks to the PBB crew, crew, and and fam for putting on another fun weekend for everybody. Until next time ✌️
