This one is tough.
Isaac polley was the first brand-new student to walk through our doors after I took over the gym. At the time, I didn’t have many students who stayed, and several others had chosen to train at different gyms in town. I questioned whether I knew what I was doing and whether I could actually make this gym and business successful.
Then Isaac showed up.
He put his head down and got to work. He quickly became one of the toughest rounds in the room and one of the hardest working people on our mats. He never complained and always showed up, even after working a long shift at his day job. Always had to turn on the trap music whenever he came in as well.
I wish I had ten Isaacs.
Thank you for walking into my gym, trusting me to teach you, and giving me something in return that you may not have even realized I needed: hope.
